I hold a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and an MSc in Sports and Exercise Psychology. The psychology degree is what separates me from every other coach you've encountered — I don't just build your body, I understand the mental barriers that have stopped you before, and I remove them.

I've worked with 100+ clients in person and online over 4 years. I competed and won two categories at WNBF Greece 2024 — Middleweight and Juniors — as a natural bodybuilder. My first competing client placed 3rd in Heavyweight at WNBF Greece 2025.

Three 45-minute training sessions per week is the foundation of the programme. That's 2 hours and 15 minutes of your week. Everything else — nutrition, check-ins, and accountability — is built around your existing schedule, not against it.

Because every programme you've tried before was built for someone else. My MSc in Sports and Exercise Psychology means I understand exactly why people quit — and I build the psychological scaffolding to prevent it.

A gym is recommended for the best results, but I can build programmes around home equipment, hotel rooms, or minimal setups. We discuss your situation on the strategy call and build accordingly.

It's not a rigid meal plan. It's a flexible framework built around foods you actually enjoy, restaurants you actually visit, and a schedule you actually have. The goal is a system you can sustain for life.

Most clients notice measurable changes in energy, sleep quality, and how their clothes fit within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically become clear by weeks 4–6. The 90-day mark is where the full transformation is evident.

You leave with a complete system you understand and can run independently. Continued coaching is available, but the goal is always to make you self-sufficient — not dependent on a coach forever.
